Tall Tales From The Field

An Explosion Of Color!

I wasn’t quite expecting the  brilliant colors I encountered at Kolob Reservoir yesterday. I really caught the aspens at peak, peak color!.  Kolob Reservoir is about 35 miles from Zion National Park in Southern Utah and at an elevation of some 8,000 feet.

    • Thanks Laura. I’ve been to this spot every year for the last 6 years but this was the best color I’ve seen here.
