August 6, 2019 Lightning Captured! It’s not easy to capture lightning strikes but I was able to capture a few near Marble Canyon in Northern Arizona. The monsoon season is in full swing and storms are prevalent in the area during summer. https://www.instagram.com/michaelandrewjust/ Click to share on X (Opens in new window) X Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook Click to share on Tumblr (Opens in new window) Tumblr Click to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window) Email Click to share on Instagram (Opens in new window) Instagram Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window) LinkedIn Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Pinterest Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window) Reddit Like Loading... Great photos! I spent a couple summers in Flagstaff, going to college. We used to have monsoon rains every afternoon. It was so wonderful! LikeLike Reply
Thanks Katelon. I too love the monsoons. Grand Canyon is getting plenty but not so much at Zion NP LikeLike Reply
I remember even Tucson used to get daily storms in the summer, along with NE AZ and the Flagstaff and Sedona areas. But it is much less now. LikeLike
