I actually got up at 4:45am to make the 2 hour drive to Bryce Canyon National Park in time for sunrise. (Not a morning person). A fresh blanket of snow was a motivation for me.

Numbers two and three are great- nice work!
Thanks Like!
Is your camera attached to a drone or something? Your photos are always magnificent, but I can’t figure out how you manage to get some of them & these are a prime example.
Thanks Jeanne. I was standing at the top of Bryce Canyon and looking down into it so it looks like a was above it.
Amazing! I could have sworn you had one of those drones or something, but I didn’t think the camera that came with them were very good.
Yes, I don’t think the drone cameras are great and it’s illegal to operate a drone in a national park. Big fines!
I had no idea it they were illegal in national parks, but can understand why they would be.
Looks like your early rising was worth it. Beautiful photos!
Thanks Katelon! I’m not a morning person but the 17 degree air got me going plus the views.
Spectacular, Mike! Thanks for braving the cold and snow to bring us these beauties!
Thanks Eliza. Usually in January, Bryce would be around zero degrees but Thursday it was around 20, manageable. It’s at high elevation(8,000 feet)
