Catch Me If You Can

That is to photograph the elusive seasonal waterfalls at Zion National Park.  Visitors ask me where are the waterfalls.  I tell them, to their disappointment, that they only appear when it rains. Which it did earlier this week.  This was the only waterfall I spotted which combined with the fall colors in the park, presented some nice photo opportunities.

    We were at the lower Emerald Pools near Zion Lodge last weekend and there was very little water falling. More like a mist. But still nice to see.

      Come up sometime when rain is forecast and you will see waterfalls!

    Love all the different colors in the rock, both wet and dry. Such a beautiful place!
