Barbeque shrimp pizza with a ricotta/mozzarella base. The base is basically what you would use as filling for lasagna.Barbeque chicken pizza with tomato sauce base.Barbeque shrimp and chicken pizzaIf you’re really hungry and can’t wait for the dough to rise, use the bottom half of a ciabatta and add tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms and basil.

The trouble with photographing and processing the images in Photoshop is that it makes you really hungry. Luckily I ad friends to help me eat it all.

I’ll have to try the Ciabatta. Have done pizza on a halved French bread loaf, which is also great if you’re hungry and want your pizza quickly.

French bread sounds good too. A few years ago, I made a pizza within two tortillas. They are called quesadizzas
