Little-traveled Hop Valley in Zion National Park is an enigma wrapped around a riddle. It’s sublime but also bewitching. The valley itself is flat but ringed by distorted rock formations that left me with a smile on my face along with a frown. Evil storm clouds hovering nearby added to the carnival.
