In an effort to counter the public’s perception that California’s Agriculture is wasting our precious water, I noticed the following signage while traveling through the San Joaquin Valley.

Irrigation is a sore point in Australia too. The water used comes from the rivers which means people who live downstream don’t have as much water. It’s a tricky balancing act.
