Located in Southern Utah near Mexican Hat and Monument Valley, the park is aptly named as the San Juan River has carved a masterpiece over millions of years. The park can only be really appreciated from above in order to grasp the twists and turns the river makes. I don’t think I truly captured all of its reach so a return trip will be forthcoming.
Watch in HiDef at Full Screen. Still images to follow. Music is Oscar by Tosca.

That river has been doing its thing for a long time! Is it green because of algae or minerals?
