Snow is very ephemeral here in the Southwest so you better get out and capture it or the snow will be gone by noon. Even though I had a 2 hour drive to get to the Kaibab National Forest, the temperatures were still in the mid 20s when I arrived around 9 a.m. I believe I had the whole place to myself except for the 2 snowplows.











Pretty photos. What a peaceful feeling to be out there alone. Those tracks remind me of those left by the wild turkeys here.
