Thursday night in Southern Utah saw many a thunder and lightning storm pass through the landscape. I hadn’t witnessed this many bolts of electricity since I moved here 8 years ago. My friend and photography protege Ali Erdmann and I just sat there with our cameras on tripods, positioned to capture the light show. The great thing about these storms was that they didn’t really reach our position until just before dark when it started to rain on us.
