Bear ran in front of my car this morning on the way to work, tried to climb that Aspen, fell down, so I was able to get this shot. The bear kind of had a guilty look on his face. 😁

Almost like a Panda but the wrong colour. Look round the eyes.

I also noticed that look around the eyes. Black bears I’ve seen in the past are all black but the ones I’ve seen in Colorado this spring have 2 tones. Maybe this one hasn’t matured yet. Might only be 1 to 2 years old

I live in Australia and have no experience of either brown or black. You could be onto something.
