A friend of mine said he saw an anomaly on the 3/4 full moon the other night over Zion National Park. It just so happened that I photographed the moon Monday night and saw what he was talking about. What do you think? Also, don’t forget about the lunar eclipse early Friday morning.

Probably just the edge of a crater.

That’s what I think too. When I blow it up in PS, you can see other smaller craters showing the same thing

Yes, I also think you caught the ridge of a crater lit by the sun. There are mountains on the moon!
