Zion National Park’s Many Pools Trail

We went up there in search of the Canyon Tree Frog but discovered that the hatching season of their eggs had not commenced. Maybe in a few weeks will see the eggs morph into tadpoles and ultimately, the 2 1/4 inch Canyon Tree Frog. But the potholes on this trail at Zion’s Eastside were brimming with water from recent spring rains.

I am eondering how your beautiful images, which must be at 3MB can be uploaded eithout affecting speed is done. I lose resolution when I compress images to upload them on my blog

Thanks Husna. I reduce the resolution to 72 dpi and then upload them. I do all my photo editing before I reduce the resolution

Magnificent images, no tree frog yet, but spectacular just the same. Well done.

The black & white of the Zion pools looks great. Much more dramatic than the color version.

It’s amazing how that works. You tend to focus on details more in black and white
