Lookout People!

The swells a few weeks ago were crashing pretty high along California’s Pacific Ocean Coastline. Fortunately these two people were not hit by these massive waves and swept to sea.

Those are some mean, nasty waves. 🙂

There was a high surf and the waves were crashing upon these rocks at the right time to get maximum height.

Wow! These shots are incredible and exciting, Michael! The surf has been amazing, hasn’t it? Where is this?

Thanks Jane. These were taken at Point Lobos in Carmel. The two people in those photos were not suppose to be down there as that trail was closed because seals were breeding down there. I’m not sure how they even got around the barriers the park set out.

Wow, that second shot is especially amazing, more so for having a human for scale. Makes one really see how enormous they were. 🙂

The people make the shot although the trail to get down there was closed with heavy signage because seals were breeding down there,
