I was at Monument Valley yesterday and was disappointed that the road through Monument Valley was closed due to snow and mud. But, a full moon was rising and the snow added an element that you don’t see here too much.

What should I say?
‘Incredible images’ would be an under statement 🙂
Simply stunning… thank you so much for sharing 🙂
Thank you and you’re welcome
Stunning, especially that second shot. I love Monument Valley but have never been there at dusk…beautiful! 🙂

These are stunning photos! I used to live on the Navajo rez. There is this small road that cuts off the main road between Ganada and Chinle and goes east to Nazlini. it has the most amazing moonscape landscape….so magical. There is also a small canyon just east of the school, an offshoot of Canyon de Chelly and it has beautiful small ruins and is such a pretty landscape. All of the Navajo rez area is so beautiful.
There is a lot to see in this part of the country. Thanks Katelon
They are beautiful shots!!
So timeless and beautiful!
I was there last fall, but these are beautiful photos! Makes me want to go back in the winter time.
Incredibly beautiful!
Beautiful shots ! Very iconic with the full moon
I’ve never imagined Monument Valley covered in snow before! I thought it never snowed here! Blew me mind!
I was told by one of the locals that they received 20 inches of snow during the previous week.
No way! That’s amazing! I’d pack my bag and go live on the Colorado Plateau in a heartbeat, such an incredible region!
Awesome!
Gorgeous images, Michael!
Thanks Mary, I appreciate it!
