My Favorite Tree To Photograph. Trees?

A favorite tree? Who cares?  The trees care.  As a matter of fact, some well-known tree types have approached me about making them “My Favorite Tree To Photograph”  The sequoia told me that they are the largest living organism in the world.  Big is not always better. It’s hard to photograph a sequoia, you need a really wide lens.  The palm tree said they offer style and some shade in the hot desert environment. So do roofs and air conditioning.  The cottonwood said they they are extremely colorful in the autumn. So are Aspens and that’s why they are my favorite tree to photograph because of their multiple personality traits including the distinctive white bark.  Aspens look cool even without leaves.  Below are images of aspens in all four seasons.

Did you know that trembling leaf aspens have a flat petiole (leaf stem) that allows them to move from side to side in even the lightest breeze?
This near constant movement gives rise to the term, ‘Trembling.’ Try photographing them with a slow shutter for an interesting effect/

That’s great idea, I’ll try that. I’ve heard them called quaking aspens as well because for the same reason
